From the Communication menu, all outgoing communication and correspondence methods with relations is started. The standard letters and selections made in the menu Maintain are ​​used to send letters, faxes, e-mails and mailings. This menu gives access to the menus to archive e-mails and faxes.

The menu Communication contains the following options:

• Create letters
• Send faxes
• Send e-mails
• Send mailing
• Mail file (PDF/Excel/JPEG)
• Upload selection to MailChimp (only available after activation of a parameter by TSD)
• Archive ActiveFax files (only available if ActiveFax is used to send faxes)
• Process received e-mail
• Maintain correspondence
