The general country data is entered on this tab page.

Description	Enter a description of the country here. This description will be used in the address block when printing.
EU member	Place a tick here if the country is a member of the European Union??. This field will only be used for the CD Declaration and WinTree Financial Administration.
Country number	Enter the correct country number here. This is not the number that is used as the country code for telephone numbers. See table at the bottom of this page for the correct numbers.
ISO-Country code	Use the dropdown list to select the correct ISO code. This will be used to determine the content of the address block if no setting has been defined in the 'Address block' tab page.
MAFF	Enter the name of the organisation here, for example the MAFF. This will be used when using plant passports, depending on the country to which the customer is linked.

Based on the ISO code of a country, the address block will be printed on documents in a default manner. For each country, you can define the structure of the address block on this tab page. Click on the 'Layout' input field and the cursor will start to blink. Using the @-codes (the description of these codes is located in the'fields' frame), the address block can be entered. Use <<Enter>> to move to the next line.

By placing an asterisk (*) behind an @-code, it is possible to place the letters in the data that correspond to the @-code in capital letters.

@J can only be used if a list has been made in the basic info with regions that are linked to addresses. If there is no region linked, nothing will be printed in the address block.

The address block created that is linked to the 'own' country (the country that has been defined in the settings) will now be saved as the default. This means that address blocks for other countries can be easily created. Now select another country and click again on [Default]. The saved address block of the 'own' country will be displayed in the input field. If necessary, you can enter modifications here. This option can be used to use the default for, for example, addresses in Germany and Belgium. These countries have the same structure in terms of the address block as the Netherlands and you only need to add @I to get a country specification.

If something is modified in the saved address block, this modification will be implemented by default for the countries that have been structured using the default. The address block will change only when you have clicked on [Default] again. Note that this will undo any changes that have been made to the address block.
