If you select the menu choice item Help -> WinTree info, the Information window will appear. In addition to all kinds of important information, this window contains three buttons: Version info, Message and OK. This last button is used to close this window.

 

[Version info] opens the Version info window, which contains all kinds of information about your computer system as well as a list of WinTree modules that are active on your system. The version number of WinTree is also visible in this window.

 

Using the Message button you can send a message to TSD. These messages could be questions you have about the programme or functional problems that you have encountered in Office Manager.

The Message programme in WinTree Nursery Manager is a simple and easy method for sending messages to TSD in a standardized way. This method has an added advantage because the standardisation helps us to respond quickly to your message. After filling in the text areas, you can choose if you wish to send the message by post, fax, or email.

The Software message window that appears has four tabs. These tabs make it possible for you to choose which type of message it concerns, the priority that you have assigned the message, and various text input fields for your description of the problem or remark.

Please make sure that you fill in the programme component as accurately as possible the window or function in WinTree Nursery Manager that the message concerns.
At the bottom of the screen are various buttons. [E-Mail] enables you to send us a message with one click, provided of course that your computer has the necessary facilities.
[Printer setup] tab gives you the possibility to choose a printer and to specify it so that you can print the message using [Print]. If you have a fax that can communicate with your computer, you can also send us the message per fax.

If an invalid processing error occurs in WinTree Nursery Manager, the software message will then appear so that you can let us know about any problems immediately and directly.
